I looked at every Air bnb possible trying to decide. The great reviews and Gated parking was worth everything… not to mention the great communication and response every time I had any questions. I was there for my wife's brain surgery at Barnes Hospital. Close to hospital. grocery.. restaurants.. etc. In walking distance of everything needed. I even messed up my booking per so worried about my wife and recovery… they even fixed that for me so my wife could continue resting after surgery. Thank you kind family that had to change their booking…THANK YOU THANK YOU… they took care of everything.. place was amazing for our family in time of need.. my wife's surgery went well just as did our stay…shes home and recovering now since we were 2 hours away… did not have to worry about people upstairs above keeping you awake. like the other people saying in reviews..2 bedroom upstairs.. bunk bed downstairs.. on the corner of alleyway..never hardly ever heard neighbors.

This was a great location with most things we did being 5-15mins away. We felt safe and the gated parking was a great perk. The host was detailed with expectations and check out instructions. We enjoyed the booklet of recommendations in the unit to look up a few things to do in town. I would definitely stay again!

There was a group of 6 and we absolutely loved the space. Everything was super clean and neat. The area was quiet and had every store you need. Just a few minutes from downtown and I absolutely love that it had private gated parking. Definitely will stay here again if I ever come back!

What a great value we got for our family vacation! Great location close to what we needed and I felt safe running to Forest Park everyday. I was worried about parking but we always found a spot directly in front! Cute neighborhood as well. Our family of 7 felt right at home and our trip to STL was a success!

My first Airbnb experience with my family was great! We normally get 2 hotel rooms when we are on vacation but this time one of them suggested something different. I took the time to read many reviews and looked at so many places if not all of them.....lol but the one I settled on was a perfect fit for our family. Our host Dino was on point for this to be our first time and walked me through everything and kept me in the knowing of things also. Any questions or concerns he answered in a timely fashioned. Man I really appreciate how the place was and how they made sure everything was great. Truly appreciated.....

The property was nice and clean. Parking in the small spot was difficult but we survived. We were in a Ford XLT (Extended) Explorer and the small awkward parking spaces made it difficult to park. There were not many parking spots on the street.

Great for work stays and also family friendly. Me and 2 other work buddies stayed here for 6 weeks. There were plenty of house supplies, towels, etc that we had extra left over. The neighborhood was peaceful and we felt comfortable leaving all our work gear in our truck overnight. This spot is like in the middle or 10 minutes or less from everything you need. Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable, clean space in a great location with gated off street parking! We were visiting for our daughter’s graduation from Washington University and the apartment served as an excellent home base. Nice coffee shop and wine bar just around the corner.

I booked here very last minute, an hour out from town. So quick/ responsive. LOVE the decor of the place, very homey, cozy. EASY access from street parking && WONDERFUL lighting in the bathroom!! (they really knew what they were doing) Outstanding 🙌💅

Lovely apartment and in a great location to walk to numerous restaurants, bars and a grocery store. Beautiful historic architecture and lots of trees, shrubs and flowers.
The apartment is very well done and in vibrant jewel tones. Excellent kitchen space and high ceilings make it seem even larger than it is.
